Boston Red Sox lineup: Bench player gets rare start, Kristian Campbell in CF
Update: Kristian Campbell has been scratched from the lineup Thursday due to right rib discomfort.

TORONTO — David Hamilton is in the Red Sox lineup for just the 10th time this season. He’s playing second base and Kristian Campbell will play center.
The Red Sox and Blue Jays will play the rubber game of their three-game series at 7:07 p.m. here at Rogers Centre.
Ceddanne Rafaela, who is 4-for-24 (.167) with a homer and doubles in his past six games, is not in the lineup. Rafaela has just a .213/.279/.319/.598 line in 28 games (104 plate appearances).
Hamilton has struggled when he has received opportunities. He’s 2-for-30 (.067). One of those two hits was a home run to lead Boston to a 1-0 win at Tampa Bay.
Right-hander Tanner Houck (0-2, 7.58 ERA) vs. will start for Boston opposite righty José Berríos (1-1, 4.24 ERA).
Jarren Duran, one of Boston’s hitters, is 9-for-18 (.500) with three homers, five doubles, five RBIs and four strikeouts in his career vs. Berríos.
Duran is 10-for-20 with a homer, double, triple, six RBIs, five runs, two steals, one walk and one strikeout in his past four games.
The matchup to watch on the other side is Vladimir Guerrero Jr. vs. Houck. Guerrero is 7-for-20 (.350) with two doubles, three RBIs and three strikeouts vs. Houck.
