Broncos could receive up 3 three comp picks for 2026 NFL draft
The Denver Broncos will have a full supply of draft picks this spring.
In addition to holding six of their original selections and another pick acquired from the New Orleans Saints, the Broncos could also receive as many as three compensatory selections from the NFL this spring.
The league hands out comp picks each year to teams that lose more than they gained in free agency the previous offseason. OverTheCap.com has Denver projected to receive a pair of seventh-round comp picks in 2026: one for losing running back Javonte Williams and another for losing punter Riley Dixon.
Additionally, if defensive coordinator Vance Joseph takes a head coach job this offseason, the Broncos would receive third-round comp picks in 2026 and 2027. If that happens (and if OTC's projection is accurate), Denver would hold ten picks to use in April's draft.
Broncos 2026 NFL draft order of picks
- Pick 1, Round 1: Own pick
- Pick 2, Round 2: Own pick
- Pick 3, Round 3: Own pick
