Elite ‘26 prospect that has recently been crystal balled to Notre Dame sets commitment day

Notre Dame football must have made a great impression with 2026 4-star edge prospect Rodney Dunham, as not only has he received crystal ball picks to end up Irish, he’s announced that a commitment will happen on April 10th.
The 6-foot, 4-inch and 227-pound pass rusher is the nation’s No. 33 overall prospect according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings, just a few spots away from being a 5-star prospect. Dunham recently visited South Bend, and you have to like the momentum that Notre Dame has in his recruitment.
His other finalists are Duke, Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina, as Dunham has set official visits for all of them. Time will tell if he makes them following his commitment, but at the current moment, all signs are pointing to Notre Dame adding its eighth commitment of the 2026 class early next month.
