Eric DeCosta and Jesse Minter set for an NFL Combine media session
The offseason always brings questions, but this year has been a tad different for the Baltimore Ravens. It's been a long time since this many sweeping changes were enacted. Now comes another, the first visit to the NFL Combine with a new head coach in a long, long time. General manager Eric DeCosta and newly hired head coach Jesse Minter are expected to meet with reporters before the action gets underway.
This marks the first extended public discussion in front of the national media since the organization pivoted to a new leader on the sidelines. Make no mistake. The messaging will matter just as much as the roster decisions that follow.
Minter's arrival signals both continuity and change, and that may be more of a conversation than what Baltimore is seeking in terms of talent. He meets with the media at 12 p.m. EST on Tuesday. GM Eric DeCosta is also at podium 6, but he speaks a little earlier (10:15 a.m. EST).

Minter's lucky in some ways. He inherits a roster built to contend immediately, one anchored by a two-time MVP quarterback in Lamar Jackson. That isn't always the atmosphere when coaching changes are made.
Minter also brings his own philosophical approach, staff structure, and long-term vision. The Combine podium will offer the first hints about how aggressively Baltimore plans to shape the roster to fit that vision. Obvious topics are waiting: offensive identity, coaching staff cohesion, and how quickly Minter believes the team can compete for a championship under his leadership.
DeCosta, meanwhile, will probably be asked about contract priorities, roster retention, and the organization's approach to free agency with a contender's window still wide open. Don't be shocked if Tyler Linderbaum and Lamar Jackson's names are inserted into the conversation.
That isn't a guarantee, obviously. It's only a hunch. The Ravens are not rebuilding. They're recalibrating, so it's important to mention that distinctions must be made.
What Baltimore says this week won't finalize its direction, but it may establish some early expectations. Fans and analysts alike will be listening for confidence, urgency, and alignment between the front office and coaching staff.
