Golfer gives cringey comparison of PGA Championship course to a Kardashian

The 2025 PGA Championship is shaping up to be a fun one at Quail Hollow in Charlotte, but how do you sum up the course?
We turn to Hunter Mahan, the former PGA Tour golfer who's now a coach. He delivered a take to The Athletic and, well, this is all sorts of cringe: “I guess I would say Quail Hollow is like a Kardashian. It’s very modern, beautiful and well-kept. But it lacks a soul or character.”
I'm sure the Kardashians wouldn't take too well to that comment (or, frankly, anyone running Quail Hollow!), and folks on X (formerly Twitter) also winced at it, as you can see:
