The Blues haven’t beaten Arsenal since 2021, as they prepare to take on the Gunners for the fourth time this season.
The game at Stamford Bridge ended in a draw, whilst Mikel Arteta’s side were victorious in both legs of the Carabao Cup semi final.
Alan Shearer makes Arsenal vs Chelsea prediction
Having dropped points in their previous two games against Leeds and Burnley, the Blues need to take something on Sunday to help their chances of qualifying for Champions League football.
Chelsea currently sit fifth, level on points with Liverpool in sixth, and three points behind fourth placed Manchester United.

Liam Rosenior has confirmed Reece James is fit and available, but Marc Cucurella and Estevao will miss out with injury.
That certainly makes the task tougher for the Blues, and Shearer has now given his verdict for the weekend’s big game.
“The belief and everything that goes with winning against Tottenham in the way they did, I think Arsenal are just going to do the same to Chelsea and overpower them,” he wrote in Metro.
“They’ll have too much for them all over the pitch. I’m still really not convinced by Chelsea at the back.
“Defensively, Rosenior keeps picking different personnel and they haven’t been great defensively, which has to change if they’re going to get into the top four.
“Prediction – Arsenal win.”
John Terry shares thoughts on London derby
Chelsea will have to be at their best if they are to stand a chance of getting anything out the game, and will need to cut out their defensive errors.
John Terry believes getting the first goal could be really important, and it’ll be interesting to see what approach Rosenior adopts.
