Inter Milan's latest offer for Oumar Solet rejected
Inter Milan have identified French defender Oumar Solet as a primary transfer target during this summer window, submitting an initial approach to Udinese for the 25-year-old.
However, according to reports from journalist Rudy Galetti, Udinese have turned down Inter’s verbal proposal, deeming the offer unsatisfactory. While the Friulian club remains open to negotiating Solet’s departure, they will only sanction a move if their valuation of the player is met.
In response, Inter Milan are now considering stepping away from the deal entirely, as they are unwilling to meet Udinese’s financial demands. The Nerazzurri are already exploring alternative defensive reinforcements as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.

The ⚪⚫ intend to keep him and would only consider significant permanent offers.
The ⚫🔵 are not ready to match those terms as he’s high on their list, but not the main target. https://t.co/Habtt5hYvFpic.twitter.com/9aWbKRmOBm— Rudy Galetti (@RudyGaletti) August 22, 2025
