Julian Edelman retired from the NFL back in 2021, and he's said in the past that he's not unretiring.
Yet here we are on Wednesday, seeing the former New England Patriots great tweeting "Let's get to work #FoxboroForever" with one of those photos that looks like breaking news on X (formerly Twitter).
So, if you're wondering -- as you were with Jason Kidd getting "fired" or Carmelo Anthony unretiring to join the Lakers -- is it real? I'd say: Look at your calendar. It's April Fools Day. And Edelman has pulled pranks like this before. So there you have it: Maybe you got got by this one, and that's OK!
