Jeff Ratcliffe’s Best NFL Bets Week 12

Jeff Ratcliffe’s Best NFL Bets Week 12

The slate is spicy, the lines are interesting, and this one gives us a handful of props that jump off the board the second you see them. I dug through every matchup, every trend and every number that actually matters to pull out the plays that deserve your attention. If you want something to ride with on Sunday, these are the bets that make the most sense.

Jalen Hurts – Over 204.5 Passing Yards

The Eagles passing game has not exactly been a thrill ride. Hurts has failed to hit 200 passing yards in three straight games, and it has looked clunky at times. But this is exactly the spot where the number is begging for a correction. Dallas is giving up 268.4 net passing yards per game. Seven of 10 quarterbacks have cleared this line against them, including Geno Smith, who posted 238 yards last week. Hurts does not need a lights-out performance to hit this number. He simply needs to be average by league standards, and this matchup sets him up perfectly for a rebound.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba – Over 92.5 Receiving Yards

JSN is not just having a big season. He is having the season. He leads the league with 1,146 receiving yards. No one else even has 1,000. Only one other player even has 900. And he has hit this line in every single game except one. He has also cleared 125 yards in four of his last six games. If you want to get wild, he is +200 to go for 125+ again. But even without the bonus, the 92.5 line is too low for the most productive receiver in football.

Sean Tucker – Over 46.5 Rushing Yards

Tucker is cooking. He blasted the door open with 106 rushing yards on 19 carries last week. He also topped this line in Week 10 with 53 yards. With Bucky Irving still out, Tampa Bay’s offensive coordinator Josh Grizzard said it plainly. Tucker has earned more work. The matchup helps, the volume helps and the recent performance helps. If you want to sprinkle in an anytime touchdown, he is sitting at +170.

Christian McCaffrey – Over 43.5 Receiving Yards

McCaffrey’s receiving production has been so steady that this number feels out of place. He has topped this line in nine of 11 games and averages 66.5 receiving yards per game. He has caught at least five passes in all but one contest this year. The 49ers continue to lean on him as a matchup problem in space, and that is not going to stop in Week 12. This is one of the most consistent props in football, and it is sitting right there again.

Those are the plays I’m riding with. Enjoy the games, enjoy the sweat and let’s make Week 12 a good one.
