Lions inactives and live injury updates for Christmas game vs Vikings

The Detroit Lions are set to play on Christmas Day, but a bug spread throughout the team might put a damper on the holiday spirit.

The Lions are playing the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday, Dec. 25 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. Detroit will be without defensive back Avonte Maddox, who is dealing with a back injury and illness that appears to have spread around the Lions' locker room.

Other players who dealt with the bug this week are left tackle Taylor Decker, running back David Montgomery and defensive back Khalil Dorsey. All four players (including Maddox) were listed as non-participants on the Tuesday estimated practice report, while Decker was listed as inactive for today's game.

Other key players, including offensive lineman Christian Mahogany, edge rusher Al-Quadin Muhammad and wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, were listed as questionable on the most recent injury report but are active for today's game.

Follow along here as we track the inactives list and live injury updates for this NFC North showdown.
