LOOK: Bills' Sean McDermott makes another appearance in annual NFL head coaches photo

Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott took part in a yearly NFL tradition once again this past week.

Each year at the NFL owners meetings... it's not just the owners of all 32 teams in attendance. Most, if not all, of the 32 head coaches are taking part too.

The coaches will have their influence on decisions made and will chat will media while at the meetings.

In addition, all the coaches get together for a lovely group photo. McDermott was there for it for the eighth time.
