LOOK: Tyler Allgeier TD run gives Falcons first-quarter lead over Bills
The Falcons thought they got off to a bad start when Bijan Robinson fumbled on the first play of the game. However, an offsides penalty by the Bills negated the fumble and kept the offensive drive alive. Michael Penix Jr. went 3-for-3 and Tyler Allgeier finished things off with a 21-yard touchdown run to give Atlanta a 7-0 lead.
This was Allgeier's second touchdown of the season. Atlanta's No. 2 running back continues to produce behind Robinson. The resolve of the entire offense was impressive as the team avoided disaster and got on the board early.
The Bills have since tied the game at seven midway through the first quarter in Atlanta. Watch Allgeier's 21-yard touchdown run, as shared by the team's social media account below.
