Michigan State hosting Texas defensive tackle on official visit this weekend
A defensive lineman from Texas has confirmed his official visit to Michigan State for June 5.
Christopher Knauls, a Frisco (TX) native has announced the confirmation of his upcoming visit, which will take place from June 5 to June 7.
Knauls is a 3-star defensive lineman in the 2026 class, according to 247Sports, On3 and Rivals, with Rivals ranking him as the No. 34 defensive lineman in the 2026 recruiting class. He plays for Lone Star High School as a 6-foot-4 and 265 pound defensive tackle.
Michigan State is one of over 20 schools to offer Knauls. He has already taken official visits to Oklahoma State and Boise State, and has future visits scheduled with Houston and Kansas.
Michigan State has yet to land a defensive line prospect in the 2026 recruiting class, but have a handful on the docket for the next few weekends.
