New York Giants minicamp: Sights and sounds from Day 2

The New York Giants returned to the field for the second of their mandatory minicamp practices on Wednesday. And after being forced inside on Tuesday due to rainy weather, the team was again under the fieldhouse roof due to inclement weather in the northeast.

Before taking the field, defensive assistants addressed reporters before once again giving way to head coach Brian Daboll, who expressed to his players that once training camp hits, the staff will have less tolerance for mistakes.

Daboll also reiterated that he has no concerns over Malik Nabers' (toe) injury and praised Abdul Carter's "special traits."

"I’m glad he's here, he's done a nice job," Dabes said.

The remaining minicamp schedule is as follows:

  • Thursday, June 19 (closed to media)

Here's a quick look at some of the sights and sounds from Day 2 of the team's minicamp.
