No contact between Roma-Giuntoli, Massara to stay

Cristiano Giuntoli, former sporting director of Napoli and Juventus, has recently been linked to Roma for next season.
The possible departure of Frederic Massara had opened the door for the Italian manager to be a favorite to replace him.
However, according to Matteo Moretto, there are no ongoing negotiations between Giuntoli and Roma.
Giuntoli, known for his experience and work at Napoli and Juventus, has a good relationship with Roma coach Gian Piero Gasperini, which had raised the possibility of a move to the capital.
Despite Gasperini’s approval of him, the relationship between Massara and the Friedkin family remains extremely positive.
Roma’s current sporting director is still well integrated into the Giallorossi project, and there are no signs of an imminent departure.
Giuntoli, in fact, is reportedly still searching for the right project for his future.
In the past, he had even been approached by clubs in Saudi Arabia, but at the moment the situation seems to be more of an idea than a formal negotiation.
