Okemos native Steven Muzzatti talks return home, playing at MSU
On Thursday night, Michigan State defeated Notre Dame in the first game of a two game series. 4-2. The Spartans earned a much needed three points over the Fighting Irish.
A storyline from Thursday's game was the return of Sutter Muzzatti. An Okemos (MI) native, he is the son of former MSU goalie Jason Muzzati.
After playing three seasons with Rensselaer Polytechnical Institute (RPI), Muzzatti transferred to Notre Dame, where he was able to return to his home for a game.
Following the game, Muzzatti caught up with the media to talk about his experience returning home:
"Yeah, it was super cool. It was a packed building, just a lot of emotions."
