Packers to introduce Micah Parsons at Lambeau Field at 2:30 on Friday

The Green Bay Packers will introduce All-Pro defensive end Micah Parsons as the newest member of the franchise in a press conference from Lambeau Field at 2:30 p.m. CT on Friday afternoon, per Ryan Wood of PackersNews.com.

Parsons is headed to Green Bay after being dealt to the Packers in a shocking trade that shook the NFL world on Thursday afternoon.

Before Parsons takes the stage, general manager Brian Gutekunst will meet with the media at 1:00 p.m., followed by coach Matt LaFleur at 1:30 p.m. The two can provide insight into how the historic trade came to be, and what it means for the Packers during the 2025 season and beyond.

Friday was scheduled to be an off day for the Packers brass, and Gutekunst only just spoke with the media on Wednesday after setting his initial 53-man roster. But completing a trade for a player the caliber of Parsons calls for a celebration in Green Bay.

The Packers traded two first-round picks (2026, 2027) and defensive tackle Kenny Clark to the Cowboys for Parsons.

Packers Wire will provide updates and analysis during all the press conferences on Friday afternoon.
