Goshen scored all over Mishawaka on Monday in conference action. The RedHawks received goals from Caleb Cervantes (3), Chino Torres (2), Mario Fernandez, Irvyn Arellano, Julian Cisneros and Rey Rodriguez. Goshen is now 8-1-1 and 4-0 NLC.

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL

Elkhart Christian 3, Goshen 0

Goshen’s winless season continued Monday when the RedHawks failed to take a set from the Elkhart Christian Eagles. The hosts won 25-15, 25-11, 25-19 as Goshen dropped to 0-10.

Westview 3, Wawasee 0

Westview picked up a road win over Wawasee Monday. The visiting Warriors won the three sets 25-18, 25-22, 27-25 to improve to 7-10 on the year. Wawasee is now 2-12 with the loss.

BOYS TENNIS

Bethany Christian 3, Triton 2

Bethany Christian earned a narrow and thrilling 3-2 win over Triton on Monday. Bethany won at No. 1 singles with Gideon Miller (6-1, 6-1) and at No. 2 doubles with Dominic Ramer-Aaron Hochstetler (6-3, 6-0) as the contest was tied 2-2. Sealing the win, Bethany Christian’s Ethan Claassen won 6-3, 6-7, 6-1 to pick up the win for the Bruins. Bethany Christian is now 5-3 overall.

Fairfield 5, Angola 0

Fairfield continued its win streak and conference unbeaten mark with a 5-0 sweep of Angola Monday. Winning for the Falcons were Drew Beachy (1S: 6-1, 6-3), Cameron Cripe (2S: 6-3, 6-3), Ben Penrose (3S: 6-0, 6-1), Brant Garber-Andrew Mathews (1D: 6-1, 6-0) and Grady Garber-Brady Park (2D: 6-1, 6-0). Fairfield is now 14-2, 6-0 NECC.

Elkhart 5, NorthWood 0

NorthWood dropped a 5-0 loss to Elkhart on Monday. The No. 1 doubles team of Eli Heckathorn and Ethan Tompos played the closest match, losing 7-5, 6-3. NorthWood is now 2-10 overall.

GIRLS GOLF

#16 DeKalb 163, #11 Northridge 167, Angola 206

Northridge lost its first regular season contest in three seasons on Monday at Bridgewater GC. The Raiders’ 54-match win streak came to an end as Macey Riegsecker was the medalist with a 37 and was followed by Alex Reschly (41), Callie Miller (43), Kennadi Kropf (46). Northridge closes the regular season 15-1.
