Raiders inactives Week 1 vs Patriots

The inactives are out for the Raiders for their season opener in New England against the Patriots. Here is who won't be playing:

S Tristin McCollum

RB Raheem Mostert

LB Brennan Jackson

T Charles Grant

G Caleb Rogers

DT JJ Pegues

DT Leki Fotu

Notes:

Expect Terrell Edmunds to be the next man up at safety. Edmunds was elevated from the practice squad Saturday. McCollum was claimed off waivers from the Eagles a couple weeks ago and may not be ready to step in.

Zamir White will get the primary backup duties behind Ashton Jeanty with Raheem Mostert inactive for the game.

Three of the team's rookies are inactive (Grant, Rogers, Pegues) which means the Raiders will have six of their 11 drafted rookies on the active roster to begin the season -- RB Ashton Jeanty, WR Jack Bech, CB Darien Porter, WR Dont'a Thornton, DT Tonka Hemingway, and LB Cody Lindenberg.
