Ravens back out of Maxx Crosby trade agreement with Raiders | Reaction
In a stunning development, the Las Vegas Raiders announced March 10 via Twitter/X that the Baltimore Ravens have backed out of a trade agreement for Maxx Crosby.
On March 6, multiple reports indicated the Ravens were acquiring the five-time Pro-Bowl defensive end in a trade with the Raiders.
The Ravens were thought to be sending first-round draft picks in 2026 and 2027 to the Raiders for Crosby, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Earlier in the week, the Dallas Cowboys thought they were close to a deal for Crosby, according to a report via Twitter/X from Trey Wingo.
Social media reactions:
It is a medical reason, per @MikeGarafolo. Trades are contingent upon a physical. https://t.co/bo298CE0Gm— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) March 11, 2026
Trade off.
Las Vegas had initially agreed to trade the five-time Pro-Bowl DE to Baltimore in exchange for 2026 and 2027 first-round picks.
