The Baltimore Ravens lost Tyler Linderbaum this offseason.

The superstar center signed with the Las Vegas Raiders.

The hope for the Ravens was that they might solve the center of their offensive line during the 2026 NFL Draft.

But after a couple of centers were taken in the 140s early in the fifth round, it seems that may not happen.

This was always going to be tough for Baltimore. They were never going to get an equivalent to Linderbaum, who is one of the best to play the position.

But they need someone adequate. They can't let Lamar Jackson down with too bad a player snapping him the ball and protecting the interior.

It was a position of need this offseason. Seven teams needed a new starting center, by most measures. There were only two obvious starting centers available in free agency beyond Linderbaum.

The Ravens clearly didn't feel great about the draftable centers or they would've prioritized it more.

But what are they going to do now? That's still an open question.
