Ravens Eye Former Falcons Run Game Coordinator for Staff
Former Falcons Run Game Coordinator Emerges as Minter Staff Candidate
The Athletic's Jeff Zrebiec is reporting that Atlanta Falcons run game coordinator/OL coach Dwayne Ledford is a strong candidate to join Jesse Minter's staff. He became available after Bill Callahan was hired by the Falcons.
Nothing finalized with Ravens asst. coaches yet, but a strong candidate to join Jesse Minter's new staff is OL coach Dwayne Ledford. His work as Falcons run game coordinator/OL coach was widely praised last year. He became available when Kevin Stefanski brought in Bill Callahan.— Jeff Zrebiec (@jeffzrebiec) January 26, 2026
If hired, Ledford would bring NFL and college experience to a Ravens staff that is beginning to take shape under Minter. His background developing offensive lines and coordinating the run game would add another respected voice to the room as Baltimore looks to build a strong, well-rounded coaching staff heading into the 2026 season.
