Steelers stock up/stock down for the defense after the preseason

On Thursday night, the Pittsburgh Steelerswrapped up their preseason schedule with a win over the Carolina Panthers. That means it is time for our post-preseason stock report for the top players in each positional unit, on defense, including the projected starters. We did not include any player who didn't play at all in the preseason after being held out by head coach Mike Tomlin.
