Tennessee Titans have private workouts scheduled for Shedeur Sanders, Travis Hunter

The Tennessee Titans continue to work through their evaluation process ahead of the 2025 NFL draft in an effort to determine what to do with the top overall pick.

The evaluation process includes top 30 visits, attending Pro Days, and hosting private workouts for various players. Mike Borgonzi and Chad Brinker have one job in 2025: Build a team that wins games. Not one that is capable of winning games, but a team that actually wins games, which is why they are being incredibly thorough with their decision-making process.

The Titans already have a private workout scheduled for the top quarterback prospect in this year's draft, Cam Ward, and now Brian Callahan says they will schedule private workouts with quarterback Shedeur Sanders and WR/CB Travis Hunter after their April 4 Pro Day.

"There's still plenty of stuff that we have to work through," Callahan said, via the team's official website. "We'll still do our due diligence on all the players. We'll do the same thing with Shedeur. He has a Pro Day, we'll have a private with him. Same thing with Travis Hunter. Abdul has the foot injury, so that changes a little bit of what he is going to do. Obviously, he might not work out as much.

"But we'll check all the boxes on all the guys we are sort of in range of and then you make your rankings and at some point you have to make the ultimate decision. And there's still a lot of things that go into that, especially when you are talking about if and when there are some trade conversations, what that looks like. That's why it is so hard to just say you are locked into one spot because there are so many things that can happen."

Callahan's job is somewhat on the line in 2025. If the Titans have a repeat of 2024, it's unlikely he will keep his job. But if they show improvement, his job will probably be safe, which is why he's just as invested in this draft process as Mike Borgonzi and Chad Brinker.

The three of them will eventually determine what to do with the top pick, but until then, they'll continue to go through their evaluation process.
