Tom Brady is just the latest person to react to the egregious Hall of Fame snub of legendary head coach Bill Belichick.

Of course, it was reported on Tuesday that Belichick will not get into the Hall of Fame on his first try, which is borderline criminal.

The reason behind his falling short of the 40 votes needed is believed to have to do with the "Spygate" and "Deflategate" scandals and voters wanting to punish him because of those, according to ESPN's Seth Wickersham and Don Van Natta Jr.

On Wednesday, Brady, who won six Super Bowls with Belichick when they were with the New England Patriots, did a radio interview with Seattle Sports and had about the reaction you'd expect him to have.

"I don't understand it. I mean, I was with him every day. If he's not a first-ballot Hall of Famer, there's really no coach that should ever be a Hall of Famer," Brady said.

"We'll all be there to celebrate him when it does happen," he added on Belichick. "He's going to have a huge turnout from so many players, coaches that appreciated everything that he did and the commitment that he made to winning, and the impact he had on all our lives. And that'll be a great celebration when it happens."

Brady hits the nail on the head here. Belichick is the very definition of a first-ballot Hall of Famer.

Along with his six Super Bowls as Patriots head coach, Belichick won two others as the defensive coordinator with the New York Giants and has the second-most wins and most Super Bowl victories among head coaches all time.

The fact that he has to wait another year to get into the Hall of Fame is outlandish and a stain on the institution, no matter your feelings on the aforementioned scandals that don't come close to erasing Belichick's greatness.

Now, it'll be interesting to see if Hall of Fame voters will punish Brady in the same way they did Belichick. After all, it's now logical to think that's possible, as Brady was involved in the "Deflategate" scandal.

If that turns out to be the case, it will be just as big of a travesty of Belichick's snub.
