Updated draft lottery standings for Sixers after road loss to Spurs

The Philadelphia 76ersfell to the San Antonio Spurs 128-120 on Friday as they dropped to 1-3 on this current 6-game road trip and 23-47 overall on the season. Once again, the Sixers were short-handed as they were missing a large number of players for being such a road weary team.

The loss is Philadelphia's third straight after opening the road trip with a win in Dallas. The Sixers are still fighting for a race to the bottom as they look to be in the best position possible to keep their top 6 protected pick when the lottery rolls around on May 12.
