By Week 12, we have a solid understanding of the teams in the NFL and how they operate. We can distinguish high-volume from low-volume players, enabling us to identify advantageous matchups for fantasy football.

Of course, injuries happen that require fantasy football managers to adjust, so it's important to adapt to these changes.

The teams on a bye in Week 12 are the Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Chargers, Miami Dolphins, and Washington Commanders. Therefore, many notable fantasy options will be unavailable.

Here are our Week 12 Half-PPR Flex fantasy rankings, which should be applied to leagues that award half a point for every catch.

Updated 11/23:

  • Drake London has been ruled out for Week 12.
  • Marvin Harrison Jr. will miss his second week in a row.
  • Ja'Marr Chase has been suspended for Week 12, making Tee Higgins a must-start with a huge week incoming.
  • Rhamondre Stevenson is expected to return in a fantastic matchup against the Bengals.
  • Chris Godwin is expected to suit up, but will play with restrictions. As a result, he's pretty low on these rankings.
  • Josh Jacobs has been ruled out for Week 12, making Emanuel Wilson a must-start for the opportunity alone.

Half-PPR flex rankings tips for Week 12

Half-PPR RB Week 12 lineup advice

  • If Rhamondre Stevenson misses Week 12, it's another must-start for TreVeyon Henderson against the Cincinnati Bengals.
  • Sean Tucker exploded in Week 11, and if Bucky Irving misses Week 12, he's another enticing start.
  • Quinshon Judkins is the RB36 over the past four weeks. The confidence is at an all-time low, but you still should start him against the Raiders.

Half-PPR WR Week 12 lineup advice

  • With Drake London out for Week 12 (and possibly longer), Darnell Mooney should step into a massive opportunity. On top of this, Michael Penix Jr. is hurt, meaning that Kirk Cousins will take over as the starter. Last season, when Cousins was the QB, Mooney was the WR16 overall in fantasy football.
  • We might've just witnessed the Tetairoa McMillan breakout game in Week 11. Over the past 4 weeks, McMillan has been the WR2 overall in fantasy. Continue to start him with extreme confidence after this previous showing.
  • If Ja'Marr Chase gets suspended, Tee Higgins is the WR10 or better until Chase returns. Joe Flacco already loves to target Higgins; he may get 15+ easily without Chase.

Half-PPR TE Week 12 lineup advice

  • The first couple of weeks back for George Kittle were slightly disappointing. However, in Brock Purdy's first game back, Kittle looks like the monster we grew to love. Purdy and Kittle have chemistry, and it will significantly benefit both their fantasy values.
  • It may be time to start discussing the AJ Barner. In Week 11, he was targeted 11 times by Sam Darnold. Before this week, Barner was a pure TD-dependent play; now he's becoming more than that.
  • While Week 11 was a bad one for Kyle Pitts, you have to think he's going to get some more targets with London potentially missing multiple weeks.

Who are the best Half-PPR flex Week 12 sleepers?

Kenneth Gainwell, RB, Steelers: This might be a bit of a cop out, but if Jaylen Warren does not play, Gainwell easily will be the RB15 or better. The reality is that Gainwell performs very well when he's the lead back in this Steelers offense. Each time Warren was out, Gainwell ranked as the RB3 and RB5 for the week.

Kyle Pitts, TE, Falcons: With Drake London out, there will naturally be many available targets. Kirk Cousins is also expected to start in Week 12 and had a connection with Pitts in 2024. Pitts finished as the TE10 or better four times with Cousins as the QB.

Who are the top bust candidates in Half-PPR fantasy Week 12?

George Pickens, WR, Cowboys: I'm not suggesting you sit Pickens, but I would like to point out that since CeeDee Lamb has returned, Pickens is the WR47 overall. On top of this, the last time Dallas faced Philadelphia, the Eagles ran this bracketed coverage and had Quinyon Mitchell shadow Pickens. This was a rough game for the WR out of Georgia, as he caught just three passes for 30 yards.

Breece Hall, RB, Jets: With Tyrod Taylor as the Jets' starter, the upside isn't as clear-cut as it is with Justin Fields. Baltimore was an early target for the RB position this season, but they've gotten better recently.
