US President Donald Trump praises 'handsome' Steelers QB Mason Rudolph and his 'great arm'
Mason Rudolph is receiving support from the unlikeliest of people — United States President Donald Trump.
Trump hosted a rally on Friday in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania — and took time during his speech to sing Rudolph's praises:
"I happen to think a really good quarterback is a man named Mason Rudolph — and I think he's going to get a big shot. He's tall, he's handsome, got a great arm, and I have a feeling he's gonna be the guy."
Trump later welcomed Rudolph onto the stage, along with Steelers safety and special teams ace Miles Killebrew.
Rudolph earned the respect of the Steel City faithful after he practically saved the Steelers’ offense at the end of the 2023 season. Steelers second-year WR Roman Wilson spoke highly of Rudolph's abilities, calling him an “elite quarterback” that the team is rallying behind.
