VIDEO: Rookies Josh Simmons, Jalen Royals run drills at Chiefs OTAs
The Kansas City Chiefs' 2025 rookie class has been hard at work during OTAs this week, and one intrepid reporter got an inside look at the first-year players' progression in a video that was posted to Twitter on Wednesday.
Matt Foster of KSHB 41 News in Kansas City got a clear view of first-round pick Josh Simmons working out with his fellow offensive linemen before capturing clips of wide receiver Jalen Royals, defensive back Nohl Williams, and running back Brashard Smith performing various drills with their respective position groups.
Though it is still too early to tell how the Chiefs' rookies will perform next season, the smooth movement and attention to detail demonstrated in Foster's video are as good an indication as any of future potential, at this point in their young careers:

Fans can look forward to getting an up-close view of the Chiefs' up-and-comers when training camp starts in St. Joseph this summer.
