WRs Tetairoa McMillan, Xavier Legette among 7 Panthers held out from Wednesday's practice
The Carolina Panthers had a little more than a handful of absences at this afternoon's practice.
Seven players were listed as non-participants for Wednesday's session—including starting wide receivers Tetairoa McMillan, Xavier Legette and Hunter Renfrow.
Head coach Dave Canales told reporters that McMillan (calf) and Legette (hamstring) are considered day-to-day.
McMillan currently leads all rookie pass catchers with 216 receiving yards on 13 receptions.
Legette, who missed this past Sunday's 30-0 victory over the Atlanta Falcons, amassed just eight receiving yards on four catches in his two outings thus far.
Renfrow, meanwhile, was away to welcome in his third baby daughter.
Tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders (ankle) and outside linebacker D.J. Wonnum (hip), also new additions to the injury report, did not participate either.
