The Arizona Cardinals could look for a quarterback in the 2026 NFL draft. There is question as to when they will address the position.
Who are the top quarterbacks in the draft?
Draft Wire's Curt Popejoy named his top five quarterbacks.
Top 5 QB prospects, per Draft Wire
- Fernando Mendoza, Indiana
- Ty Simpson, Alabama
- Drew Allar, Penn State
- Cole Payton, North Dakota State
- Garrett Nussmeier, LSU
Mendoza and Simpson are the top two in most rankings. After that, it can change. Miami's Carson Beck is noticeably absent from this list, although, outside of Mendoza, he is the most decorated.
Mendoza is going to be the first overall pick. Simpson could go in Round 1 or Round 2. Everyone else is a mix of Round 3 of Day 3.
