After narrowly beating the Arizona Cardinals 16-15 on a last-second field goal in Week 3, the San Francisco 49ers will remain at home in Week 4 for an interconference battle with the Jacksonville Jaguars at Levi's Stadium on Sunday.

Injuries have have been the big issue for San Francisco early in the season, despite the team starting the year with a 3-0 record. At this point, it's unclear who will be under center on Sunday, as Brock Purdy is recovering from a toe injury and Mac Jones suffered a knee injury against Arizona.
