Arman Tsarukyan reveals his biggest ever buy, a $25m investment
Arman Tsarukyan has remained in the spotlight throughout 2026, even without a fight lined up.
The #2-ranked lightweight has kept busy away from the cage by making appearances on various media platforms over the past few months.
In that time, he did not hold back his thoughts on the interim title fight held on January 24.
The introduction of that belt means Tsarukyan, who many feel is next in line for a title shot, will be left waiting even longer for his chance.
While Tsarukyan continues to pursue other opportunities during this period, financial stability is not something he needs to be concerned about right now.
Arman Tsarukyan names his most expensive purchase
The UFC’s decision to increase post-fight bonuses is expected to be a game-changer for many fighters on the roster.
But for Tsarukyan, it is not likely to make much of a difference. His financial background has been well documented, and he has never shied away from talking about it.
‘Ahalkalakets’ was not born into wealth, but his family’s success in business has become a topic of conversation within the lightweight division. Some fighters have not hesitated to bring it up either.
Paddy Pimblett, for example, has not been shy about criticising the Armenian contender, suggesting he has had an easier path because of his family ties.
Tsarukyan does not seem bothered by that narrative. He often posts videos showing lavish meals in upscale locations.
In a video shared by Mash Na Sporte and reposted by Red Corner MMA, the 29-year-old lightweight was asked about the most expensive thing he has ever bought.
He replied: “I think it was a hotel. Well, at that time, it was worth $25 million.”
How financial security has helped shape Arman Tsarukyan’s career decisions
Tsarukyan recently explained the injury that forced him to pull out of UFC 311, saying it was not one he could have fought through.
Pulling out of his title fight against Islam Makhachev is probably the main reason why he still has not had a chance to fight for the belt.
Tsarukyan has also been clear that money is not what motivates him, which is why he has been willing to wait for the right opportunity in the division.
The Armenian contender knew that fighting injured would not have ended well and felt there was no need to rush back given how things played out afterwards.
