The Indiana Fever are looking to make it three straight wins on Thursday when they battle the Golden State Valkyries in a road game at Chase Center. This is after the Fever made it back-to-back victories on Tuesday with an 88-71 win over the Connecticut Sun.
Caitlin Clark and Co. are now heading into a tough three-game road trip as they look to improve on their 6-5 record on the season. This starts on Thursday against the 5-6 Valkyries, who have been making waves in their inaugural season.
On Wednesday, the Fever took to Instagram to share some photos of the players boarding the team plane ahead of their flight to San Francisco. The ladies had big smiles on their faces ahead of their trip to the Bay Area.

Clark, in particular, could not help but comment on the post. She dropped a three-word message in the comments section directed at her teammate, Lexie Hull.
"Thank u @lexiehulll," she wrote.
Clark appears to be referring to the two Starbucks drinks Hull carried with her as she entered the plane. Perhaps Clark assumed that one of the drinks was for her, and she was thanking her teammate for getting it for her.
Clark's comment drew all sorts of reactions from the fans.
"@caitlinclark22 You go Glen Coco!" a post on Instagram read.
"@caitlinclark22 @lexiehulll let’s goooooo!!!" said another.
"@caitlinclark22 hoping you didn’t get the matcha😢" a supporter wrote.
"💪🫶💞💞" a reaction read.
"@caitlinclark22 reuniting with money martin😍 lezgooooo 🤒" another said.
"@caitlinclark22 I think @stephencurry30 might be at the game tomorrow 🔥" a user guessed.
As indicated in a couple of the comments, there's already a lot of excitement surrounding the Valkyries game. Clark will get to battle her former Iowa teammate Kate Martin, who is currently with Golden State.
One fan even suggested that Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry might just fulfill his promise and come to support the Valkyries play. Getting to see Clark in action would be pretty good motivation for the four-time NBA champ.
