Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is inching closer to a return. James was reportedly assigned to the G League on Wednesday after he was cleared to take part in practice for the first time this season, according to ESPN's Shams Charania.
James, 40, has missed the entire regular season so far due to sciatica.
