Lions injury update: Detroit S Thomas Harper in concussion protocol

As the Detroit Lions (8-7) battle the Minnesota Vikings (7-8) from U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minn., the injuries keep stacking up.

Per Detroit, Lions starting safety Thomas Harper is being evaluated for a concussion, in accordance with protocol.

The Lions already sustained one injury today along its defensive interior, as defensive tackle Alim McNeill exited with an abdomen injury and was listed questionable to return.

Star Lions offensive tackle Penei Sewell briefly exited earlier against the Vikings, but he did return to action.
