LOOK: Jets' Aaron Glenn makes his first appearance in annual NFL head coaches photo

New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn took part in a yearly NFL tradition for the first time this past week.

Each year at the NFL owners meetings... it's not just the owners of all 32 teams in attendance. Most, if not all, of the 32 head coaches are taking part too.

The coaches will have their influence on decisions made and will chat will media while at the meetings.

In addition, all the coaches get together for a lovely group photo. Glenn was there for it for the first time.
