NFL free agency: WR Kendrick Bourne gets 2-year deal from Arizona Cardinals
The Arizona Cardinals have added more veteran help to their roster. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, they are signing former San Francisco 49ers receiver Kendrick Bourne. He gets a two-year deal worth $10 million with a max of $12 million.
Bourne, 30 years old, played for the 49ers last season and 37 receptions for 551 yards. It was his second stint with the Niners. He played there from 2017-2020 while Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur was part of the coaching staff there. He also played four seasons for the New England Patriots.
He has had over 500 receiving yards three times in his career, with his most productive season coming in 2021 with the Patriots. He caught 55 passes for 800 yards and five touchdowns.
He presumably will be one of the Cardinals' top three receivers with Marvin Harrison Jr. and Michael Wilson.
