Real Madrid continue to strengthen their long-term project at La Fabrica, and the latest move confirms just how seriously they take youth development.

In that regard, the club has finalised a new contract agreement with highly rated academy midfielder Marco Company, tying him down until 2028.

While Company may not yet carry the same spotlight as some of his fellow prospects, internally, he is viewed as one of the most promising talents coming through the ranks.

Currently part of the Juvenil B side, Company shares the dressing room with recognised names such as Bryan Bugarin and Enzo Alves.

Yet it is Company who has quietly earned the full confidence of the club hierarchy.

Real Madrid have acted to protect his future, extending his stay at the Valdebebas academy structure until 2028, which is the maximum duration permitted at his age.

Strong support from Real Madrid

Perhaps the strongest signal of belief is the €100 million release clause included in the contract.

For a youth player, that figure speaks volumes, as it shows both protection from external interest and genuine trust in his development trajectory.

Sources close to the situation suggest this renewal was straightforward. Both player and club share the same vision, which is a long-term future at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Notably, Company has no intention of leaving, and Real Madrid see him as part of the next generation that will reinforce the midfield in the coming years.

Technically gifted and blessed with impressive stamina, Company has already drawn flattering comparisons to Vitinha for his ability to dictate tempo and carry the ball forward under pressure.

With Madrid constantly searching for balance and control in midfield, nurturing profiles like his could prove to be very essential.
