Newly signed undrafted free agent quarterback Hunter Dekkers is already making a small mark as he settles into his first camp with the New Orleans Saints. Dekkers, who wore No. 12 at Iowa State, had to make an adjustment with Saints star wide receiver Chris Olave firmly holding onto those digits. The choice of No. 18 makes sense, as he originally wore No. 8 at West Sioux High School in Iowa, where he set state records and built the foundation for his eventual Division I career. With the No. 8 jersey unofficially retired in honor of Archie Manning, No. 18 stood out as the next-best fit.
