What is Ryan Nembhard's situation with going from a two-way to a standard deal with Dallas? Grant Afseth: My understanding is correct. I don't think they can do it until either. I don't remember the exact date. It might be January 6th. I know some people have that as a date. Some people believe it's January 4th, but basically early January is when that salary cap logistics would allow them to convert Ryan Nembhard's contract to a standard deal from a two-way.
