After the Oklahoma City Thunder's 118-112 win over the Boston Celtics, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander left his annual trip to TD Garden with an evil laugh. Not only did he drop an efficient 34 points, but he left the city in disarray with his Converse logo projected on iconic buildings.

With Converse's headquarters located in Boston, it was the perfect night to paint the city with Gilgeous-Alexander's Converse logo of two symmetrical 2s.

Gilgeous-Alexander revealed his signature shoe logo in Dec. 2024 and showed off his first signature shoe — SHAI 001 — this past All-Star weekend.

Gilgeous-Alexander has worn the butter-colored sneakers in his games since then. Like projecting his own Batman signal, Converse took advantage of his logo after the Thunder beat the Celtics on national TV.

The Thunder beat the Celtics twice this regular season. Considering both have been the league's best three teams — along with the Cleveland Cavaliers — there's a non-zero chance they face off again in June during the 2025 NBA Finals.
