On Friday, all eyes were fixed on the Cleveland Browns' preseason game against the Carolina Panthers, and largely because of Shedeur Sanders.

On Saturday, his brother, Shilo Sanders, saw his first action in the NFL as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Tennessee Titans, 29-7.

While the hype wasn't anywhere near as much for Shilo's first game, the former Colorado safety had a strong debut.

Shilo Sanders' Hilarious Answer on Dad's Expectations

After his first NFL game action, Sanders was asked if he had told Deion Sanders about giving him his jersey as a birthday gift, and Shilo's answer was hilarious.

"He didn't want it," Shilo Sanders revealed, via Jenna Laine of ESPN. "You know he’s a Hall of Famer. He expects like 30 times more. I’m gonna give it to my mom though…He don't want it. I gotta get like three picks or something for him to want it.”

It was quite the revelation from Shilo Sanders, and it just shows how high Deion's expectations are for him.

All in all, Shilo had a highlight play in his first game, including a big hit on Titans quarterback Brandon Allen that forced an incompletion.

So, it was a step in the right direction for Shilo, and it comes just a week after head coach Todd Bowles said he has a "chance" to make the roster.

"He's coming along. He's getting the scheme down," Bowles said, via Kevin Patra of NFL.com. "He's made plays like everybody else back there. There are a few tests that come up during the preseason -- Tuesday night was one, and the other three preseason games and practices will be others. He's got a chance to make it."

Where Shilo Sanders Aims to Improve After First Game

After the game, Sanders revealed what he needs to work on going forward and what he can fix, per Bucs reporter Adam Slivon.

“Just unleashing my abilities to the max. Everything God gave me — speed, power, physicality, smartness to react to plays — I just have to keep improving, especially on special teams," Sanders said.

Shilo also said he "left some big hits on the table" and said "next game will most likely be improvement."

The Bucs' next game comes against the Pittsburgh Steelers on the road next Saturday, and it will be worth watching to see if Shilo Sanders can continue to improve his shot at making the 53-man roster.
