USMNT striker Ricardo Pepi suffers gruesome arm injury with PSV

U.S. men's national team striker Ricardo Pepi appeared to suffer a serious arm injury while scoring a goal for PSV on Saturday.

Pepi landed awkwardly on his left arm after scoring from close range in against Excelsior.

The 23-year-old had to be subbed off immediately, with replays and images showing what looked like a broken bone.

Pepi has been on fire for PSV of late, with Saturday marking his fifth consecutive league match with a goal.

But the Texan may now be facing a lengthy spell on the sideline depending on the severity of his injury.
